Delightful Frozen Layered Ice-Cream Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 200g of vanilla ice cream
  • 100g of chocolate ice cream
  • 100g of strawberry puree
  • 50g of crushed nuts
  • 50g of whipped cream
  • 20g of chocolate syrup

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Whisk
  • Freezer
  • Serving dish

Instructions:

step 1: In a medium bowl, place the vanilla ice cream, allowing it to soften for a few minutes.

step 2: Spoon the soft vanilla ice cream evenly into the bottom of a serving dish in an even layer as the first layer.

step 3: Add the chocolate ice cream on top of the vanilla layer and spread evenly over the pan.

step 4: Top with strawberry puree, smoothing evenly over the chocolate layer.

step 5: Top the strawberry layer with the crushed nuts for some added crunch.

step 6: Top that with a spoonful of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and you are done with the dessert.

step 7: Cover the dish with cling film and freezer for a minimum 1 hour until set.

step 8: Remove from the freezer, once set, and serve into individual bowls.
