Ingredients:
- 1 medium courgette, sliced
- 100g of fresh peas
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 30g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Pot
- Pan
- Food processor
Instructions:
- In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced courgette and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft.
- Add fresh peas and cook an extra 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
- Turn off heat and stir in the pesto, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Transfer to serving plate and top with grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.
