Ingredients:

  • 1 medium courgette, sliced
  • 100g of fresh peas
  • 2 tablespoons of pesto
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 30g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Chopping board
  • Knife
  • Pot
  • Pan
  • Food processor

Instructions:

  1. In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced courgette and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  3. Add fresh peas and cook an extra 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
  4. Turn off heat and stir in the pesto, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer to serving plate and top with grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.
