Ingredients:

  • 1 pork chop (200g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Kitchen tools needed:
  • Skillet
  • Meat Thermometer
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

step 1 : Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

step 2 : Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder and dried thyme all over the pork chop on both sides.

step 3 : When the oil is hot, set the pork chop in the skillet.

step 4 : Flip and continue cooking for another 6-7 minutes or until internal temperate reaches 145°F (63°C).

step 5 : Transfer the pork chop from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes and then slice it.
